Your website is the only salesperson that works every hour of every day, in every language your customers read, without being paid overtime. It should load fast, read clearly on a phone, and make contacting you effortless. Most do not.
Three failures that account for most lost enquiries
It is slow. Someone on mobile data who waits more than a few seconds is gone, and they do not come back later. Speed is not a technical nicety here, it is the first filter.
It does not work properly on a phone. With 23.0 million active cellular connections in a population of 11.4 million (GSMA Intelligence via DataReportal, end 2025), assume mobile first and desktop second. A site designed on a large monitor and checked on a phone afterwards is the wrong way round.
Contacting you takes effort. A form with nine fields, a phone number that is not tappable, and no WhatsApp option. In a market where WhatsApp is the normal way to begin a business conversation, leaving it off the site is giving away enquiries.
Why website quotes in the UAE vary so wildly
You can be quoted a few hundred dirhams or six figures for what sounds like the same website, which makes it almost impossible to judge value. The variation usually comes down to five things, and knowing them lets you compare quotes properly whoever you ask.
Template or built for you. A ready-made theme with your logo dropped in is legitimate and inexpensive. A site designed around your actual content and sales process costs more and converts better. Both are valid. The quote should say which you are getting.
Who owns the result. Some of the cheapest offers are built on a proprietary platform you rent indefinitely and cannot export. The monthly fee never ends and the site is not yours.
Whether content is included. Writing the copy is often most of the work. A quote without content means a half-finished site waiting on text you have not written.
Whether SEO foundations are in place. URL structure, heading hierarchy, schema markup, speed and indexing either get done during the build or get paid for twice later.
What happens after launch. Updates, backups, security and support, or nothing. A WordPress site with no maintenance plan becomes a security liability within a year.
Our quotes separate these lines so you can see what you are paying for and compare honestly against anyone else’s.
What we build
Business and corporate websites. Five to twenty-five pages, with service pages built to rank individually rather than one page listing everything.
Campaign landing pages. Single-purpose pages for a specific Google or Meta campaign, with one action and no navigation to leak attention.
Website rebuilds. Rebuilding an existing site while preserving the rankings and URLs you already have. Redirect mapping is the part that usually gets skipped, and skipping it is how businesses lose their traffic the week they launch a better website.
Booking and enquiry flows. Appointment booking, quote request flows and multi-step forms for clinics, salons and service businesses, with the enquiry routed to WhatsApp or email immediately.
What every site includes
Mobile-first responsive design tested on real devices rather than only in a browser. Page speed work on images, caching and scripts. An SEO-ready structure covering URLs, headings, meta tags, schema markup and an XML sitemap. SSL. Google Analytics 4 and Search Console connected and verified. Contact forms with spam protection that works without punishing the user. WhatsApp click-to-chat. An editable content management system so you can change text and images yourself without calling anyone, with training recorded so you can rewatch it.
What you own
The domain, registered in your name. The hosting account, in your name, with the credentials. All website files and the database. Administrator access. Your analytics and Search Console properties.
This is listed explicitly because it is not the norm. Businesses regularly discover at the point of leaving a supplier that they cannot take their own website with them. Ask any web company this question before you pay a deposit.
Frequently asked questions
A simple multi-page business website sits at the lower end, a larger site with custom design, written content and booking functionality considerably higher. We quote in AED against a defined page count and feature list, with content, SEO foundations and post-launch support shown as separate lines so you can see exactly what you are paying for and compare it fairly to other quotes.
Typically three to six weeks for a standard business site once content and brand assets are available. The timeline is usually decided by how quickly content and feedback arrive rather than by the build itself. A single landing page can be completed in under a week.
WordPress for most business websites, because it lets you edit your own content, has the largest ecosystem of support, and does not tie you to one supplier. Custom development where there is a genuine functional reason for it. We will not recommend a complex build for a site that does not need one.
Yes, and it requires deliberate work: mapping every existing URL, setting up 301 redirects, preserving content that already ranks, and monitoring Search Console closely for several weeks afterwards. Rankings lost in a redesign are almost always the result of this step being skipped.
Yes. We build bilingual sites with correct right-to-left layout for Arabic, proper language tagging for search engines, and a working language switcher. Arabic content is written by native speakers rather than machine translated.
We set up hosting in your name with a provider you control, and offer an optional monthly maintenance plan covering updates, backups, security monitoring and small content changes. The plan is optional and the site remains yours regardless.
