SEO Services

Get found on Google when someone in the UAE searches for what you sell. Technical fixes, keyword research based on how people here actually search, local SEO and content built to rank and convert.

Search is where buying decisions start. When someone in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah types what you sell into Google, the businesses on page one get the enquiry. Everyone below that is paying rent on a shop with no sign.

With internet penetration in the UAE at 99 per cent of the population and 11.3 million people online (DataReportal, Digital 2026, data to end 2025), there is no audience here that is not searching. The only question is whether they find you or a competitor.

What SEO actually buys you

Not rankings. Rankings are the scoreboard, not the prize.

What SEO buys you is a stream of enquiries from people who were already looking for your service, arriving without a cost attached to each click, and continuing to arrive in a month when you pause your ad budget. It is the only channel that gets cheaper per lead as it matures, and the only one you still own if you stop spending.

The trade is time. Paid ads work this week and stop the day you stop paying. SEO works in a few months and keeps working. Most businesses need both, in that order, and the plan should say which is which.

What is included in our SEO service

Technical SEO and site health

A full crawl and audit covering indexing, crawl waste, duplicate and thin pages, redirect chains, broken links, canonical conflicts, mobile rendering, Core Web Vitals and page speed, HTTPS, sitemap and robots configuration, and schema markup. Then the fixes, not just the list. Plenty of audits in this market are a PDF and an invoice.

Keyword and intent research for the UAE

Keyword research done on UAE search data, with the location set correctly, which sounds obvious and is routinely got wrong. We separate terms by intent, so a page aiming at someone ready to buy is not competing with your own article aimed at someone still reading. We map every target term to exactly one page to prevent your pages fighting each other, which is the most common cause of a site stalling at position eleven.

We also account for how this market searches: English and Arabic, brand names spelled several ways, area names used instead of city names, and a heavy bias toward mobile.

On-page optimisation

Title tags and meta descriptions written for clicks rather than for word count. Heading structures that match search intent. Internal linking with descriptive anchor text so Google can see which of your pages matters most. Image optimisation and alt text. Schema markup for the page type.

Local SEO and map visibility

For any business with a location or a service area, this is often where the revenue is. Google Business Profile optimisation, correct categories and service lists, service area definition, local landing pages where they are genuinely warranted, citation consistency across directories, and a review strategy. A complete and active profile frequently produces more calls than the website it links to.

Content built to rank and to be quoted

Articles and service pages written to answer a specific question completely, in a structure a search engine can lift into a featured snippet and an AI engine can quote with attribution. That means a direct answer in the opening lines, clear headings, defined terms, and claims that can be checked. Content written only for a keyword no longer ranks. Content written to be the best available answer still does.

Reporting

Monthly, in plain language. Rankings for your target terms, organic traffic, impressions and click-through from Search Console, which pages gained and lost, enquiries attributed to organic search, and what we changed and why. If a month was slow, the report says so.

How long SEO takes in a market like this

Anyone promising results in thirty days is either misunderstanding the question or managing you.

Realistically: technical fixes can show up in indexing and crawl data within two to four weeks. Local and Google Business Profile improvements often move fastest, sometimes inside a month, because the map pack responds more quickly than organic results. Low-competition and long-tail terms typically begin moving in two to three months. Competitive commercial terms in Dubai usually take six months or more, and for the hardest terms, longer.

The variables are your domain’s age and history, how much content already exists, how competitive your category is, and whether the site needs repairing before it can be improved. Your plan will state which bracket you are in before you commit, and the first month’s report will tell you if the estimate was wrong.

How SEO pricing works

SEO is a monthly retainer, because it is ongoing work rather than a one-time fix. The fee depends on how many pages are in scope, how competitive your terms are, and how much content is being produced each month. A one-off technical audit without an ongoing retainer is available and is a sensible first step if you are not ready to commit.

What is never included in the fee: paid link buying. We do not buy links. It is against Google’s guidelines, it is the most common reason sites in this market get hit with a penalty, and recovering from one costs more than the links ever saved.

Why UAE SEO is not the same as SEO anywhere else

It is a multilingual search market. The same customer may search in English, Arabic or a mix, and a transliterated brand name three different ways. A keyword set built only in English misses demand that is sitting there.

Geography is granular. People search by community and landmark, not just by city. Business Bay, JLT, Al Barsha, Khalifa City, Al Nahda. A page targeting Dubai alone leaves those searches to whoever bothered.

The population turns over. A large share of the market is expatriate, and newcomers arrive without established suppliers and search for everything from scratch. That is a steady stream of first-time buyers with no loyalty to overcome, and it rewards whoever is visible.

The calendar moves demand. Buying behaviour shifts around Ramadan and Eid, drops through the hottest months for some categories, and spikes across the Dubai Shopping Festival and Dubai Summer Surprises. Content and campaign timing should be planned backwards from those dates.

Mobile is the default. With 23.0 million active cellular connections in a population of 11.4 million (GSMA Intelligence via DataReportal, end 2025), assume your page is being read on a phone, at speed.

Frequently asked questions

SEO is priced as a monthly retainer based on the number of pages in scope, how competitive your keywords are, and how much content is produced monthly. A standalone technical audit is also available as a one-off project. You receive the monthly figure in AED and the exact scope in writing before any work starts.

Technical improvements appear in crawl and indexing data within two to four weeks. Google Business Profile and local results often move inside a month. Long-tail terms typically move in two to three months, and competitive commercial terms in Dubai usually need six months or more. Your plan states the expected timeline per term group.

No. Nobody controls Google’s results, so a ranking guarantee cannot be honoured and should be treated as a warning sign. What is guaranteed is the work carried out, the tracking in place, and honest monthly reporting on rankings, traffic and enquiries, including the months that go badly.

Yes, including Arabic keyword research and Arabic page optimisation. Arabic content is written by a native speaker rather than machine translated, because translated keyword targeting reads as translated and does not match how people actually search.

Usually yes. Ads stop producing the day the budget stops, while organic rankings persist, and appearing in both the paid and organic results increases the share of clicks you take from that page. If your budget only covers one, ads first for immediate revenue, SEO once there is cash flow to invest.

Partly, and the overlap is large. AI engines favour content that states a clear answer, defines terms, cites sources and comes from a site with consistent, verifiable business information. The technical work, schema markup and answer-first structure we do serve both. It cannot be guaranteed, because no one can guarantee placement in a system they do not control.

Hootivo is a licensed UAE digital marketing agency covering SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, content, branding, websites, Shopify, lead generation, conversion optimisation, Google Business Profile, photography and AI automation. We work with businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman, and across the GCC. The focus is enquiries and sales you can measure, not audience numbers.

There are three separate costs: a monthly management fee, your ad spend paid directly to Google or Meta, and any one-off build cost for a website or brand identity. All three are quoted in AED in your growth plan before work starts. Below a minimum ad budget, we recommend organic search instead of paid, and will tell you so.

Google and Meta ads can produce enquiries within days of launch, because you are buying attention that already exists. SEO and organic growth usually take three to six months to show meaningful movement, because you are earning it. Your plan states which timeline applies to each channel, so nothing comes as a surprise in month two.

Yes. Google Ads, Meta Business, Google Analytics 4, your domain and your website files are set up in your name, with access shared to us. If we stop working together you keep the accounts, the data and the history. Ask any agency this question before you sign anything.

Yes. Most of our work is with SMEs, founder-led businesses and startups, where the owner is the decision maker and the budget has to justify itself quickly. The strategy is built around your stage. A new clinic and a five-branch retailer need different first moves, and get them.

We work directly with businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman, and remotely with clients in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Everything runs over calls, WhatsApp and shared reporting, so distance is not a constraint. For local SEO work, we need to know the exact areas you serve.

No, and neither can anyone else. Nobody controls Google’s results, so a guarantee is either a misunderstanding or a sales tactic. What we commit to is the work, the tracking and honest reporting on where you rank, what it cost and what it produced. Treat a ranking guarantee from any agency as a reason to walk.

Message us on WhatsApp at +971 56 598 2464 or send the contact form. We will ask a few questions about your business and book a short discovery call. You get a written growth plan after that call, and it is yours whether or not you work with us.
